You may have had the desire to be a mother or a father, but opportunities in life have not allowed you to really realize that dream. You may have lost a child and you would want to repalce that child with one that you have adopted basically starting your family through adoption. There are so many reasons for persons to adpot children. However, it is a personal decision on the part of anyone as to whether they wan to adopt a child or not. There are many cases where teenagers have become pregnant and rather than having an abortion they may prefer to share that child with you . You would have to ensure that you have the environment that is conducive to raising that child. For others the decision to adopt a child is to give a child an opportunity to have a stable home environment that would assist them to be productive individuals in society.
